TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Welcome to Lidian Viintake.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LidianViintake.store (the "Website") and your purchase of products from us.

Throughout these Terms, "Lidian Viintake", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the trader operating LidianViintake.store. "You", "your" and "customer" refer to the person accessing the Website or purchasing products from us.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. ABOUT US

Trading name: Lidian Viintake
Website: LidianViintake.store
Email: contact@lidianviintake.store
Market: United Kingdom

Where applicable, additional legal business information, including the trader's legal name, geographical business address, company registration details and VAT registration number, will be displayed on the Website or otherwise provided as required by law.

2. APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

These Terms apply to your use of our Website and to contracts formed between you and us for products purchased through LidianViintake.store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order through our Website.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete;

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided; and

  • You are purchasing products for lawful purposes.

If you are under 18, you should only place an order where you are legally permitted to do so.

4. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our Website are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and manufacturing variations.

Such minor differences do not affect your statutory rights where goods fail to conform to the contract.

Products supplied to consumers must comply with applicable UK consumer law, including requirements that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that product.

In rare circumstances, a product may become unavailable after you place an order.

If we cannot supply an ordered product, we will inform you and, where payment has already been taken, refund the applicable amount.

6. PRICES

Prices displayed on the Website will be shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £) unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable will be presented before you submit your order.

Where applicable, taxes will be included or otherwise displayed as required by law.

Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

We may change product prices from time to time. Any change will not normally affect an order for which a binding contract has already been formed.

7. PRICING ERRORS

We take reasonable care to ensure prices displayed on our Website are accurate.

Occasionally, an obvious pricing or listing error may occur.

Where an error is identified, we will deal with the order fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms gives us an unrestricted right to cancel a binding consumer contract merely because we later decide that the agreed price is undesirable.

8. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, you must follow the checkout process displayed on our Website.

Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review the information provided and correct certain errors.

You must provide accurate:

  • Name;

  • Billing information;

  • Delivery address;

  • Contact information; and

  • Payment information.

You are responsible for checking your order before submitting it.

The final checkout button will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

9. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

After you submit an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

The point at which a legally binding contract is formed will depend on the checkout and acceptance process communicated to you.

An automated acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily constitute acceptance where the acknowledgement clearly states otherwise.

Once your order has been accepted, we will fulfil it subject to these Terms and applicable law.

10. PAYMENT

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We may decline or cancel a transaction where payment cannot be authorised, where fraud is reasonably suspected or where we are legally required to do so.

We will not impose additional payment charges unless they are permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed where required.

11. DELIVERY

Available delivery options, estimated delivery periods and applicable charges will be displayed on our Website or during checkout.

Our current delivery options may include:

Express Delivery
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Paid delivery option.

Free Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
Free delivery option.

Delivery estimates may be subject to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a specific delivery period has been agreed, we will comply with our obligations under applicable consumer law.

12. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check your delivery information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact:

contact@lidianviintake.store

as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or dispatch.

This does not affect any responsibility we may have where a delivery problem was caused by us or by a carrier acting on our behalf.

13. RISK IN THE GOODS

Risk in goods purchased by a consumer will pass in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Where we arrange delivery using a carrier, we remain responsible for the goods until risk legally passes to you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer delivery risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by law.

14. DELAYS

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right you may have to cancel an order or obtain a refund where delivery requirements under applicable law are not met.

15. RIGHT TO CANCEL

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel their contract without giving a reason.

For most goods purchased online, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply.

For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory cancellation rights.

16. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Where you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.

Where required by law, the basic outbound delivery cost will also be refunded.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option, any additional delivery premium may not be refundable.

17. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

Under applicable UK consumer law, products must meet statutory standards.

Goods must, where applicable, be:

  • Of satisfactory quality;

  • Fit for their intended or agreed purpose; and

  • As described.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to remedies including, depending on the circumstances:

  • A refund;

  • Repair;

  • Replacement;

  • Price reduction; or

  • Final rejection of the goods.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts those statutory rights.

18. 30-DAY SHORT-TERM RIGHT TO REJECT

Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, consumers may have a statutory 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract, subject to the conditions and exceptions established by law.

This right is separate from the cancellation right applicable to many online purchases.

19. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

From time to time, we may offer promotions, promotional codes, sales or discounts.

Additional conditions may apply to individual promotions.

Any promotional conditions will be communicated clearly.

Promotional terms will not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • May have an expiry date;

  • May be restricted to qualifying products; and

  • May not be combined with other promotions.

20. DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Products purchased at a discounted or promotional price remain protected by applicable statutory consumer rights.

A discounted price does not remove your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

21. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through our Website is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

We will process personal information only as permitted by applicable law and as described in the relevant privacy information provided to you.

22. ACCOUNTS

If our Website allows customer accounts, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access.

You should notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or serious violations of these Terms.

23. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not misuse our Website.

You must not knowingly:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code;

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Website;

  • Use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts our services;

  • Commit or attempt fraud;

  • Impersonate another person; or

  • Use our Website in a way that violates applicable law.

We may take proportionate action to protect our Website, customers and business from unlawful or harmful activity.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property rights in original Website materials owned by Lidian Viintake, including eligible branding, graphics, text, layout and original content, belong to us or are used under licence.

You may use the Website for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

25. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep our Website available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

We may temporarily suspend access for reasonable purposes such as:

  • Maintenance;

  • Security updates;

  • Technical improvements;

  • Emergency repairs; or

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any limitation of liability relating to Website availability is subject to applicable consumer law.

26. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, delivery providers and technology platforms.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

However, using a third party to perform part of our obligations does not remove responsibilities that applicable consumer law places on us.

27. CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Where our Website permits reviews or other user-generated content, you must ensure that content you submit is truthful, lawful and based on genuine experience where represented as such.

You must not submit content that is knowingly false, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, unlawful or that infringes another person's rights.

We will not knowingly publish or commission fake consumer reviews.

28. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to conduct reasonable fraud-prevention and security checks.

We may refuse or cancel transactions where we have reasonable grounds to suspect:

  • Fraud;

  • Unauthorised payment activity;

  • Identity misuse;

  • Abuse of promotional offers; or

  • Other unlawful activity.

Any action taken under this section will be proportionate and subject to applicable law.

29. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Breach of statutory rights relating to goods; or

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of the contract or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

30. BUSINESS LOSSES

Our products are offered primarily for private consumer use.

Where you are acting as a consumer, we are generally not responsible for business losses arising from your use of products for commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

31. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If such an event materially affects our ability to fulfil an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effects and communicate with affected customers where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

32. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • Applicable law;

  • Our Website;

  • Our products or services;

  • Payment or delivery processes; or

  • Our business operations.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

The Terms applicable to an existing purchase will generally be those in force when the relevant contract was formed.

We will not use this clause to make arbitrary retrospective changes that unfairly disadvantage consumers.

33. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, where legally appropriate.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where they are capable of doing so.

34. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a contractual right, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived that right.

Any enforcement of these Terms remains subject to applicable law.

35. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, these Terms are intended to govern the relationship between you and us.

No other person will generally have rights to enforce these Terms.

36. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and contracts between consumers and Lidian Viintake will be governed by applicable law.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections available to you under the law applicable to your circumstances.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction rules applicable under UK law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to impose an unfair jurisdiction restriction on a consumer.

37. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about an order, product or our service, please contact:

contact@lidianviintake.store

Please provide your name, order number and a description of your concern.

We will endeavour to review complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.

38. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing contained in these Terms of Service or elsewhere on our Website is intended to exclude, restrict or replace statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Relevant UK legislation may include, among other applicable legislation:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015;

  • Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; and

  • Other applicable UK consumer protection and e-commerce legislation, as amended from time to time.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
